After years of wearing many hats at my previous job and not getting paid for each hat worn, here I am living my second life as an independent business owner. I am now working from home, and I have a very flexible schedule. When I was working outside my home thinking I would make more money, I realized the harder I worked for someone else the less fulfilled I was. The amount of money I was making was not worth the time and effort I had to put into it, including getting ready and the commuting an hour there and back. After 15 years and doing this and experiencing an untimely car accident, I decided to make an effort to find something that I could do from home. During the time I was working outside of the home, I recalled information that a friend had sent me about working from home and thought it would interest me. Honestly, at first, when my friend was telling me about it, I blew it off thinking that it could be a scam. But after spending time researching and asking questions, I found that it was a true work-from-home call center opportunity! My friend had been doing it for several years successfully. Now when it was time for me to return to my old job after being on medical leave, I made the decision to leave my job and take on a new way of earning a living and making money.


I made the decision to become an agent first so that I could learn the inner workings of a call center, going through the process of working in different areas such as taxes, cruise lines and retailers. After working as an agent for several years, I learned the steps and processes, I learned why it was necessary to do what it took to take the trainings and become certified. I certified with my first client in 4 weeks and started working right away! My goal is to grow my business and help others become successful in customer service working from the comfort of home.


My long term experience in the service, education, and business administration has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with service that sells. I have assisted all types of customers in many different types of settings. I realize that acquiring and maintaining loyal repeat business as well as spreading the word of your business through these loyal patrons is of the utmost importance in every company. Being proactive in service can enhance future business growth too. My goal is to help people from all walks of life, such as students, stay-at-home parents, military dependents, disabled, or simply put people that want to work from home or supplement their income.
