Customer Service Agents to join our team as a Non-Profit Pledge Drive Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls from potential donors in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of virtual or 1 year of brick-and-mortar call center experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with non-profit organizations and fundraising
• Ability to pass a background check ($17.99 after qualified)
• Ability to meet equipment guidelines (Windows computer with at least Windows 11, USB connecting
• headset, no Wi-Fi connection permitted while taking calls)

Compensation:

• Starting pay of $12-$15 per hour

Additional Information:

• Non-eligible states: CA, DE, LA, MA, SD, VT, WA, WV, WY
• Must be able to live in an approved state
